watch season 2 of Emily in Paris on Netflix
We left off with Emily sleeping with Gabriel because she thought he was leaving for Normandy to buy a new restaurant however a client of Savior bought the restaurant and now Gabriel is staying and Camille and him are already broken up.
Emily went away for the week with a client that she has been seeing by the name of Mathieu Cadult they were on there way to St. Tropez when Gabriel called to tell her that he stayed in Paris to be with Emily but Emily is trying hard to move on because she knows what happened between her and Gabriel is a mistake. Mathieu overhead them on the phone and pretty much got off of a moving train to get away from her.
When Camille realized that her and Mathieu Cadult were no longer having a romantic get away she invited herself along for the weekend. And so things were less tense Emily invited another friend and her new roommate along.
Emily bumped into her boss at a restaurant that is supposed to be promoting Camille’s families Champere but finds out that the owner has been married to Emily’s boss Sylvie for over 20 years which is of course shocking since Sylvie is the mistress of her client who is a married man.
Gabriel calls Emily when he finds out that she is not in fact there with Mathieu but with Camille so, Camille trys to get over her relationship with Gabriel by getting under someone else but she just couldn’t do it.
Emily unknowningly teams of with Pierre Cadult’s arche nemisis on an instagram post promoting there new tacky luggage sending the fashion brand and the marketing company in a frenzy so yet again almost everyone hates Emily.
Emily tries to play match maker by inviting both Camille and Gabriel to her birthday dinner but things take an unexected turn when Camille puts two and two together while her party was going on she found the Cast Iron pan gifted from Gabriel with initials on it in Emily’s apartment and Camille ends the night with a bang by giving a toast to her fake friend emily who slept with her boyfriend and later in the show we find the cast iron pan in the toilet of Emily’s apartment placed there by no doubt Camille.
Camille’s family have been in the dark about her and Gabriel’s break up and thought that Gabriel had in fact moved away but when they find out what really happened Camille’s mother comes up with a plan…
Camille invites emily to lunch to make a pact that neither one of them will be with Gabriel
Emily meets yet another guy by the name of Alfie in her French language class who knows how to push just the right buttons to get to her he says she doesnt know how to have fun and she’s all about work. They hook up after a day of fun and the next day she calls and text him with no answer…did Alfie ghost her after they had sex??? we’ll see.
Nope turns out while taking the walk of shame with Alfie suit jacket on because Alfie had to rip her top, she accidentally stole Alfie phone which was inside the jacket pocket.
Alfie awkwardly shows up at Gabriel’s restaurant looking for Emily & his phone.
In other new’s Madeline, Emily’s real boss fly’s in from Chicago to oversee and check up on Savior but all hell breaks loose when Madeline proposes new changes and adding a rival client to the business roster which results in Pierre Cadult leaving Savior. Madeline blames Sylvie for the catastrohe which results in Sylvie resigning along with the rest of the staff as well except for Emily because she had no idea they all planned on leaving.
With an empty office and online Madeline & Emily to run it they have to hire a whole new staff. Sylvie texts Emily to meet with her and her former team for lunch where Sylvie tells Emily that she is starting her own firm and they want her to join which would mean leaving Savior and Madeline behind and staying Paris longer than she had planned.
Alfie’s job in Paris ended a week prior and he was only staying for Emily but wants to continue their relationship. Emily is still at war with her feelings for Gabriel.
After finding out that she may be staying in Paris longer she rushes to tell Gabriel and that they could finally have a chance together but he is too stunned to speaked Emily see’s Camille inside his apartment because catch this he asked Camille to move in with him, Gabriel and Camille are back together after Camille made her and Emily make a pact that neither one of them will be with Gabriel.
So much drama with every episode can’t wait for Season 3
