◦ Consider an on ship data package especially if it is your first cruise and your away from your loved ones i know it’s a bit pricey but at some point you may run out of things to do even with so many activities to do
◦ If you plan on making dinner reservations for you or your party on your cruise make sure to pack dress clothing you can never go wrong with black
◦ Visit all the food spots on the boats try things you’ve never had a lot of times the food is free at most places so pig out
◦ On some cruises like the one I’m on you can bring one bottle of liquor so if you have a favorite make sure to stop by a liquor store before your trip
◦ Also on the cruise I’m on you can bring a a 12 pack of can sodas for some reason it HAS TO BE 12 I go a mini case of 10 cans and couldn’t bring it for some reason
◦ Bring some cozy items to wear to both wear around the ship and to bed, there may be so cool nights where it is windy out on the deck you’ll wish you had a jacket
◦ The Bahama Mama is great but try other drinks out but stay away from frozen drinks they are often watery and a waste of money
◦ Pay attention to boarding time when getting off the ship to visit islands you definitely do not want to get left behind.
◦ Make sure you stay up to date on the different events and activities going on around the ship so you can have fun and stay busy but also remember to relax
◦ If this is your first time on a ship be mindful that you’ll will feel the ship rocking back and forth while you’re sitting, walking, and sleeping in your bed. Sometimes it’ll be subtle other time very noticeable and you may be a little off balance.
